Each year, The Village at Boulder Ridge hosts a number of company picnics, retirement parties, and corporate outings.
With facilities for small conferences, it is the perfect retreat for a group of co-workers that need to get together
and have some fun while enjoying casual food and the outdoors. With several menu options, each event is custom tailored
to your needs. Depending upon the group size, it is possible to get the entire facility for your exclusive use.
Most companies opt for one of our standard outing menus, although several have supplemented with some of their own food.
Everything from simple BBQ lunch to extravagant clam bake or a Hawaiian luau. While we do not have a liquor license, you are
able to bring alcohol to your event, if desired, provided that you have a bartender or someone to prevent minors from drinking.
Depending upon the "tone" of your event, we can work with you to ensure that the right type of activities are available for your
group. Generally, companies want to enjoy all the facilities offered at The Village at Boulder Ridge including the pool,
climbing tower, miniature golf and sport fields/courts. Some, however, just want a nice relaxing event centered around our
beautiful heated swimming pool and accompanying deck.
In addition to the delicious food and great fun, some companies request outside entertainment options. While we do not arrange
for outside entertainment (inflatables, balloon artists, face painters, pony rides, DJs, etc.), we will gladly help you plan
your event by giving you a list of vendors that other clients of The Village at Boulder Ridge have used before and were satisfied with.
