Kevin & Liz Ebner, Owners
Kevin is a third generation owner/president of our parent company, Ebner Camps Inc. He became
Director and General Manager of Boulder Ridge when the Ebner Family acquired Boulder Ridge in 2003.
He leads our team with his years of management experience. Liz uses her food & beverage background to guide
our front of the house team. They lead our staff as if it was a big family that strives to provide the best
possible experience to its guests.
Nicholas Collins, Operations Manager
Nicholas is a Barkhamsted native and has worked at Boulder Ridge since the age of sixteen. He holds a degree in
culinary arts from the prestigious Johnson & Wales University. He is a member of the American Culinary Federation
whom awarded him the title of Certified Culinarian. He is also a Certified Dining Room Associate by the Federation
of Dining Room Professionals. He lives on our facility from late-spring to early-fall.
Nancy Smith, Executive Chef
Nancy's love for cooking began at an early age. Her mother was a skilled chef and taught her that food was
something to be celebrated. She brings over 30 years of experience to our culinary team. She has had the
pleasure to work with many talented chefs and has a strong background in the art of Italian, German, and
French cuisines. Her specialty dish is her signature Chicken Marsala. She is always willing to meet with
clients to customize menus to meet specific needs. She is a certified Food Safety Manager with the National
Registry of Food Safety Professionals. She lives on our facility with her husband and teenage son.
